I’m Rashi Maheshwari, a counselling psychologist based in India. My journey to inner work began when I was 14 and struggling with my own mental health. Discovering psychology was a turning point and since then, I’ve never looked back. I now run a fully virtual private practice, offering individual therapy to adults around the world.
I love being a therapist and find the work extremely fulfilling. It is an absolute honor and privilege to witness the beauty, strength, and complexity of human spirit in its various forms, day in and day out. Taking the step towards healing requires a lot of courage, and I deeply respect the unique process that unfolds for each individual as we embark on the journey together.
Apart from my work as a therapist, there are many things that bring me joy - reading, writing, dancing, playing word games, creating art, enjoying music, being in nature, spending quality time with my loved ones, and taking naps!
